About the role
You can get out on the open road with Arc Herkimer!
Starting rate $23, Monday – Friday split shifts to full days, 37.5 hours per week. Optional overtime may be available.
Full Time and Part Time positions available!
Responsibilities
- Transport individuals in a safe manner
- Aid individuals with special needs with entering or exiting the bus
- Communicate with staff regarding emergent situations that may occur during transport
- Perform pre- and post-trip checks, keep transport logs, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Have an opportunity to complete community charters and contract trips
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid New York State Class B CDL, with passenger and school endorsements preferred
- Will consider candidate with NYS Class B CDL license or permit
- Must be able to meet all NYS DMV Article 19A requirements
