Bus Delivery Driver - Part-Time

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a recent retiree looking to stay active!

Responsibilities

• Work with other members of the delivery team to increase customer satisfaction by safely delivering complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company’s customers.
• Represent the company in a highly professional, safe and cost-effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the bus as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance to the standards and regulations established by DOT.
• Assist with Parts Delivery as needed.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement
• Comply with Department of Transportation standards
• Drive bus in accordance to established safety procedures
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the bus as needed
• Prepare and maintains records in accordance to the standards and regulations established by DOT

Schedule

Hours per week in our slower off-season can range from 20 hours and up to 40 per week. During our busy summer season (May - September), 40+ hours a week is likely.
