Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the quality of park and recreation programs
- Oversee facility maintenance and safety protocols
- Collaborate with community groups to plan and implement events

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Parks and Recreation Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in parks and recreation management
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local government operations and policies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
