About the role
The Carmel Clay Schools Transportation Department is hiring Aides for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading students from vehicles
- Provide supervision and support to students during transportation
- Ensure safety and compliance with transportation policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Passing background check
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of school bus safety protocols
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
