Bursar, Student Worker

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Bursar's Office cashier window. Receive student tuition payments and departmental deposits. Collect late payment fees. Provide general information about billing, account balances, and refund checks.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Maintain excellent customer service while assisting customers.
• Perform data entry.
• Miscellaneous clerical duties assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills

• Filing accuracy
• Typing skills

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be currently enrolled at La Sierra University
• Previous Cashier and Customer Service experience preferred

Wage Range

$16.90 - $17.30 per hour

Available Hours

12:30pm - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
