What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional, friendly customer service through positive interactions with travelers.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately process and receive payments, and follow all cash‑handling policies.
• Follow proper food‑handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross‑sell and up‑sell products while maintaining solid knowledge of plaza offerings.
• Adhere to brand standards, food‑safety requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying of at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to perform additional functions as business demands change.
