Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including cleaning, stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, and preparing & serving quality food.
• Engage in positive, helpful interactions with travelers to consistently deliver friendly service.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately process and receive payments, and follow all cash‑handling policies.
• Follow proper food‑handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Perform kitchen‑related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross‑sell and up‑sell products.
• Maintain solid knowledge of the plaza’s products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, food‑safety requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and the ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and to converse comfortably with customers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interaction with the public and coworkers.
• Cash‑handling and customer‑service experience (preferred).
