About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues promptly.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and security checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ITIL best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and disaster recovery plans.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure management.
