The role of Bulk Supervisor involves overseeing the efficient handling and storage of large quantities of materials in a warehouse setting. This includes managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are proficient in their roles.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of material handling and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and software.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in warehousing.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
