About the Role

This full-time position involves performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products. The role emphasizes cross-training across distribution departments with opportunities to specialize in specific areas. Responsibilities include:

• Unloading, receiving, and putting away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team
• Building, staging, and loading pallet orders using modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of the Bulk team
• Loading third-party and internal delivery trucks
• Managing inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory
• Using technology such as mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, and tablets
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Performing other duties as determined by business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 1 year of warehousing experience REQUIRED
• Previous/current picking and packing of warehouse orders REQUIRED
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience REQUIRED
• Stand-up counterbalance experience PREFERRED
• RF scan gun experience REQUIRED
• Able to operate a Walkie Rider REQUIRED
• Forklift experience PREFERRED
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay

• Hourly compensation: $19.00/hour
• Weekly performance-based bonus
• Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate
• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience
• Weekly pay, every Thursday
• Holiday pay for company-recognized holidays
