Bulk Manager

Overview

The Bulk Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market oversees the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods featured at Sprouts. This role involves following the merchandising Bulk plan, ensuring proper packaging and scaling of bulk items, filling bulk bins, preparing, wrapping, and pricing bulk packages accurately and legibly. Inventory management, compliance with safety and health regulations, and customer service are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of weekly ads, product location, and ability to communicate product knowledge to team members
• Ability to move vertically/horizontally transferring product weighing up to 50 lbs., from 4” to 36”, for a distance up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance
• Continuous standing for up to 4 hours, for a total of 8 hours per shift
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned
