Bulk Loading Operator - Weekend Days

Primary Responsibilities
- Load and unload bulk products, manufacture liquid products, and package finished products in non-bulk containers.
- Inspect containers inside and out before filling.
- Clean reactors prior to manufacturing products according to GMP SOP's.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and wear it while filling and mixing.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before leaving the production area.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of production areas.
- Inspect tank trucks before loading and unloading.
- Review and follow tank truck loading, unloading, and railcar unloading SOP's.
- Review production schedules and batch records to ensure correct raw materials and order of addition.
- Perform tote cleaning and record keeping.
- Complete weekly area inspections and logs.
- Review and train on catalyst training requirements.
- Attend required training sessions.
- Participate in emergency response team, RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training activities.
- Complete Maximo service requests for equipment needing repair.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in chemical processing or similar manufacturing industry.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
