Bulk Driver

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 10-hour shifts with some overtime available. Start time between 3 am and 6 am.

Pay

Starting hourly rate between $32 and $34 per hour. Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Remove waste cooking oil from bulk tanks
• Utilize hydraulic levers to lift and lower bulk tanks
• Clean and maintain customers’ bulk tanks and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service and relay any customer concerns to your manager in a timely fashion
• Handle 2" to 3" hoses pumping out waste materials into truck
• Stay current on all Mahoney Safety trainings
• Maintain a good driving record within Mahoney acceptable standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience; drivers with exactly 2 years must be at least 25 years old
• Air Brake and Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain Tanker Endorsement prior to start date)
• Good driving record and safety risk rating within Mahoney acceptable standards
• DOT certified medical card
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 100 lbs on a repetitive basis

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to used cooking oil and grease trap material odors
• Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas
• Handling grease-coated equipment
