Opportunity
Under direct supervision, the Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. This position assists customers, cleans, fills, and rotates the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli. The position consists of two different shifts. The morning shift involves replenishing product as directed by the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Bulk Deli Manager in a designated area. The Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire shift. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the department during the shift. The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements.
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
