About the Role
The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) is responsible for selling, ordering, and presenting products. This role involves selling new products and promotions, collaborating with customers to generate accurate product orders, executing commercial plans, and merchandising products using safe handling techniques while following all quality guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on delivery frequency to ensure operational success and contribute to revenue, volume, and gross profit.
- Executes promotions, new products, and monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to achieve excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores.
- Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs.
- Organizes and maintains back rooms by stacking and arranging products, handling empty pallets, and managing damaged or out-of-date products.
- Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials, rotates product, and ensures Fastlane merchandisers and vendors operate properly.
- Fosters relationships with store personnel through proactive communication on pricing, programs, and opportunities.
- Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact business.
- Performs all job duties safely in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
- Valid in-state driver’s license with an excellent driving history.
- Proof of insurance policy covering liability and property damage (minimum $50,000 per person/$100,000 per accident/$50,000 property damage, with a $500 or less deductible).
- High School Education or GED.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.).

Pay
$134.40 - $168.00 daily, depending on experience.
