Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings
- Apply deep technical building systems experience in a professional engineering or architectural capacity
- Ensure compliance with building and energy codes and regulations across multiple localities
- Utilize Revit and BIM coordination expertise
- Manage complex projects such as hospitals, laboratories, or mission-critical/data centers
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Architect
- 5–15 years’ experience in relevant technical building systems
- Revit and BIM coordination expertise
- Project management experience
- Experience with highly coordinated complex projects (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, mission-critical/data centers)
- Experience with prefabrication, manufacturing, and industrialized construction (preferred)
Pay
$175,000 - $190,000 per year
