Building Structural Engineer

Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials.
- Conduct field investigations, develop concept designs, and create construction documents for clients across a broad range of markets, including Federal/Local Government, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of structural design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited program
- Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.)
- Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in civil engineering with Structural Concentration preferred
- Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred

Pay
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00.
