Responsibilities
- Aid in the management and direction of projects.
- Create complete sets of structural drawings and technical specifications independently.
- Carry out structural design calculations, oversee project planning, and compile project documentation submissions, ensuring compliance with a Quality Control program.
- Participate in construction phases of building projects, providing structural engineering support.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design team members during meetings and presentations.
- Identify project opportunities through networking with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of relevant engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup, capable of producing drawings and details when necessary.
- Experience with structural analysis and design software such as STAAD, RAM, E-Tabs, MathCAD, TEDDS, ADAPT PT, and others.
- A strong sense of urgency and self-discipline to meet client deadlines.
- Adept at multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills, committed to personal and professional development.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
