Building Services/Driver - Orlando

BUILDING SERVICES/DRIVER

• Duties will vary from day to day, but will include some or all of the following:
• - Office work including but not limited to; stocking, retrieval of files from storage, replacing water cooler bottles, minor maintenance, etc.
• - Outdoor work, including but not limited to: cleaning debris from offices’ yards, removing logo stickers from vehicles, moving soil sample boxes to storage and/or to the dumpster, bagging ice, etc.
• - Driving including but not limited to; delivery or pickup of reports and supplies, transport of employees, etc., both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter, and be able to do physical work
• Must have good communication skills
