Building Maintenance Worker Full-time

Richmond County Government is seeking a Full-Time Building Maintenance Worker. This position will perform a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the maintenance of County buildings.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing installation and repairs
• HVAC repairs
• Work orders on a variety of issues including moving furniture
• Custodial responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Strong carpentry skills are required
• High school graduate preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving background
