Building Maintenance Mechanic Driver

Job Function

• Transports supplies, production parts, and company personnel as directed.
• Serves as Driver and transports Members and Company property between production facilities and performs deliveries and pick-ups as required.
• Maintains the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, engineering, or property management.
• Have a working knowledge of the various tools utilized in building maintenance.
• Able to use electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, and orally communicate proficiently in English.
• Clean driving record with limited to none violations or accidents – subject to a five-year record review.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving of 50 pounds or heavier.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
