Building Maintenance

About the Role

As a Maintenance professional, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
• Transport residents to and from appointments.

Schedule

Full-Time, 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $18-$25/hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
