Employee-owned Thermo-Twin Windows is seeking candidates for the Maintenance Department to perform routine building maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Changing lights and fixtures
- Basic plumbing tasks
- Basic carpentry projects
- Painting
- Minor roof repairs
- Light cleaning
- Local driving for supplies
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Use hand and power tools
- Climb extension and step ladders
- Push 100 pounds
- Lift 50 pounds
- Work with minimal supervision
- Understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to use copiers and computers
