Building Janitor

Job Description

As our Building Janitor, you'll be responsible for keeping our facilities in top-notch condition. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting offices, showrooms, and restrooms.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the building.
• Restocking Supplies: Making sure all restrooms and breakrooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain Floor Care: Maintaining the cleanliness of various floor types, including carpet and tile.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A strong commitment to safety and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
