About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Community Development Specialist. You will be responsible for enhancing community engagement and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community outreach programs
  • Collaborate with local organizations to address community needs
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback from community members
  • Prepare reports on community engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Sociology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of community development policies and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
