Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports
• Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance
• Participate in training and company initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections
• Current ICC certifications; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
• Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software

Pay

$70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and certifications

Schedule

Enjoy 2 weeks of paid time off to start, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 12 paid holidays each year.
