Building & Grounds Technician – Stevens Point, Plover, and Wausau, WI

Duties

• Responsible for maintaining approximately 100 residential apartment units and property grounds.
• Work to include minor electrical, plumbing, equipment, and carpentry repairs.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs.
• Preference will be given to experience in resident or light commercial-type maintenance.
• Willingness to submit a Background Information Disclosure and pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Moderate proficiency in the use of a wide range of tools and equipment or maintenance skills.
• May be requested to complete a Maintenance Skills evaluation.

Status

• Full-Time, 37.5-40 hours/week, with rotating on-call schedule.

Pay

• $18.92 – $20.82 per hour, depending on experience.

• Rotating on-call schedule.
