Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. Benefits eligibility and options may vary depending on employment status, position and location. Click here to learn more." That's generic; we should not include Benefits section unless specific benefits listed. The posting does not list specific benefits (like health, 401k, etc). So we should NOT create Benefits section. - Pay: Pay Range: $26.88-$29.57 per hour. That's specific, so include Pay section. - Schedule: Full Time. That's specific, include Schedule section. - About the role: Could be the POSITION SUMMARY. We'll put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: Could be the list of duties from POSITION SUMMARY. But we already used POSITION SUMMARY for About the role. However we need to decide sections: The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. Typically About the role is a brief summary; Responsibilities are duties; Requirements are required qualifications; Qualifications are preferred qualifications; Skills maybe specific skills; but we can combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location, job number maybe in a short paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can structure them. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content for Pay and Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Thus we will have: - About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing the role (could be the first sentence of POSITION SUMMARY). But we need to preserve all substantive info; we cannot omit details. If we put only a summary, we lose details. So we need to ensure all substantive info appears somewhere. We can put the full POSITION SUMMARY under Responsibilities (list of duties). Then About the role could be a brief overview but we still need to include the details somewhere else. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we cannot omit any detail. We can duplicate? Probably not duplicate but we need to ensure each piece appears at least once. We can put the full list under Responsibilities, and About the role could be a short paragraph that is also part of the summary but not duplicate? Might be okay to have some overlap as long as we don't omit. Safer to put the full POSITION SUMMARY under Responsibilities (as a list). Then About the role could be a brief generic statement like "This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks at the hotel." But that would be summarizing, potentially losing detail? Not losing because details are still in Responsibilities. It's okay to add a brief overview as long as we don't omit details. The instruction says do not summarize away detail; adding a brief overview is fine as long as we still have the details elsewhere. Thus: - About the role: a short paragraph describing the role (maybe from the first sentence). We'll keep it brief but not omit details. - Responsibilities: a

  • list of duties extracted from POSITION SUMMARY. - Requirements: Required Qualifications (Universal CFC Certification, must meet state/federal certification/licensing). Also maybe "Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements." That's it. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Education, Related Work Experience, Supervisory Experience, License/Certification). We'll list those. - Skills: Could be the list of skill categories (proficiency in any one, above average in two more, basic in remaining categories) plus safe use of tools, ability to repair/replace PVC copper pipe, troubleshoot equipment, etc. We'll extract skill-related statements. - Pay:

    Pay Range: $26.88-$29.57 per hour

    - Schedule:

    Full Time

We should also include location and job number maybe in a short paragraph under About the role or separate? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location and job number. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, benefits generic, etc. Now craft HTML. We'll start with maybe a
