About the role

Building Maintenance Engineer performs ongoing reactive & preventive work orders on building systems, HVAC systems and manufacturing line systems; maintains, operates, and repairs all manufacturing and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Performance of ongoing reactive & preventive work orders on building systems, HVAC systems and manufacturing line systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all building and manufacturing line systems including but not limited to:
  • Lighting
  • Emergency generators
  • UPS
  • Electrical repairs, New electrical installs, Electrical repairs up to 480v, DC electrical work
  • Forklift PM's & repairs
  • PLCs
  • Chillers
  • DDC/pneumatics
  • RO/DI water
  • Cooling towers
  • AHU servicing
  • Boilers/associated equip
