About the role
ISN is looking to add a Full Time Building Engineer to our Bethesda, Maryland office.
Responsibilities
- Independently maintain and monitor the MEP and HVAC systems of this seven story building as primary responsibility on a daily basis
- Perform required performance as per the schedule of preventive maintenance for all equipment related to MEP, HVAC, Alarm & Security Systems, and both inside and outside the building and the grounds
- Report and document on a daily basis with copy in the Director's Office confirming the daily work performed
- Supervise existing maintenance contracts as needed
- Obtain other contractual services or materials through requests for quotes as needed
Qualifications
- Shall have the necessary certifications and experience needed for independently maintaining and monitoring the MEP and HVAC systems of this seven story building
Preferred Skills
- 5 years minimum of experience with programmable logic controllers
- 5 years minimum of experience with mechanical systems
