Responsibilities

• Design and implement BAS controls solutions for commercial buildings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility managers to understand project requirements
• Perform system integration and testing to ensure reliability and functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BAS controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BAS controls design and implementation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java
• Experience with building automation protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building automation systems and control technologies
• Experience with building management systems (BMS)
• Understanding of HVAC, lighting, and security systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
