Building Automation Lead (Contingent Upon Contract Award) Secret Clearance Required

Job Overview
The Building Automation Lead is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation systems (BAS) that control and monitor a building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management. The technician ensures that these systems are operating efficiently, providing a comfortable and safe environment for DOS building occupants while optimizing energy consumption.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and repairs BAS modules, panels, components and fiber optic lines.
- Performs quarterly calibrations and repairs on all BAS devices.
- Maintains secure BAS documentation in a neat and professional manner.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including employee performance reviews and any other first line supervisor administrative duties required.
- Scheduling of personnel, including shifts and rotations, to maintain acceptable levels of service at all times, including support for short-notice projects.
- Assigns tasks, establishes and enforces standards of conduct and performance in the work environment.
- Inspects and audits in-process and completed work, to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards.
- Plans, organizes, prioritizes and performs multiple tasks under austere conditions, to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Degree.
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience.
- Must be manufacturer trained on the Building Automation System(s) installed.
- Must provide Training Certificates.
- Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.
