About the role
BAART Programs and MedMark Treatment Centers are seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals to join their Northern California teams for leadership and counselor opportunities supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Positions may be available in San Francisco, Antioch, Carmichael, Sacramento, San Mateo, Richmond, and Vallejo. Featured opportunities include Treatment Center Directors, Clinical Supervisors, Program and Operations Leadership, Substance Use Disorder Counselors, and Licensed, Certified, and Registered Counselor roles at varying experience levels.
Responsibilities
Team members work together to provide respectful, evidence‑based care in a structured and supportive environment where patients can focus on recovery and building healthier futures. Leaders guide teams and support patients; counselors deliver substance use disorder treatment and help strengthen recovery services in the communities served.
Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or counseling within substance use disorder treatment.
- Licensed, certified, or registered counselor credentials as applicable to the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, medical, and operational professionals.

Pay
Leadership Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on facility location, size and candidate experience. Counselor Salary Range: $25–$32 hourly, depending on facility location and candidate certifications and experience. The salary of the selected candidate(s) will be set based on factors including experience, education, specialty and training.
