About the role

Astrion is growing—and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help shape the future of national defense. This includes critical work on the Space-Based Airborne Moving Target Indicator (SB-AMTI) architecture—bringing advanced sensing and targeting from space to the warfighter in near real-time.

If you’re motivated by mission impact, energized by complex challenges, and ready to move fast in an environment pushing acquisition reform and innovation, this is the opportunity to make a difference.

  • Designing, developing, and integrating advanced engineering solutions
  • Planning and executing test and evaluation activities
  • Supporting contracting efforts and acquisition lifecycle management
  • Managing financial planning and program resources
  • Enabling operational excellence across mission-critical programs

You’ll work alongside a high-performing government and industry team focused on delivering capability at speed—challenging traditional approaches and redefining how space programs are executed.

  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to driving innovation and improving how we deliver capability

Pay

Estimated salary range: $130,000+ USD annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Benefits

At Astrion, you won’t just support programs—you’ll help transform how they’re delivered. You’ll be part of a team that:

  • Moves quickly and embraces change
  • Challenges legacy processes through acquisition reform
  • Works on mission-critical, high-visibility programs
  • Directly contributes to the future of space-based defense
