About the role

Help kids grow while you learn their favorite games and develop your ABA skills. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to assist children in developing new skills through practice, patience, and play. If you lead with empathy, can improvise games, and follow a child’s lead, this role is for you. Every day, you’ll encourage both big and small steps, connecting in unique and fun ways.

Responsibilities

• Work and play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-home, in-school, or in-center
• Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach life skills
• Celebrate wins, both big and small

Requirements

• A heart for helping kids
• A calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play
• Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay

$22-$28/hour

Schedule

• Part-time (Full-Time opportunities available)
• Center hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• In-home or in-school schedules available (hours vary by case)
