BuiLD Associate

About the Role

Regeneron is seeking an Associate to join the BuiLD (MBA) rotational development program, an intensive, interdisciplinary program for graduating MBA candidates. This 2+-year program includes three 9-month rotations across various teams, offering hands-on experience and mentorship from Regeneron leaders. Participants will lead projects, analyze business challenges, and contribute to critical decision-making processes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across teams such as Corporate Strategy, New Products, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Market Access
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver results
• Analyze business challenges and present actionable recommendations to leaders
• Participate in technical and non-technical training to build skills
• Observe and contribute to critical issues and decision-making processes
• Take initiative with an entrepreneurial mindset, adapting to changing business needs

Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with strong academic performance
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong execution skills in a collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related program
• Previous work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, management consulting, financial services, or public/private investing

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $128,600.00 - $210,000.00

Location: Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown, NY (4 days a week onsite)
