About the role
This role is ideal for a radiologist who wants to be the cornerstone of a growing breast service line and help define clinical standards, workflows, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive breast imaging in a modern, non-hospital setting, supported by a collaborative clinical team, advanced technology, and Imagen’s physician-led radiology group.
- Work within a dedicated breast diagnostic center offering advanced 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI - all within a coordinated, multidisciplinary care model alongside surgeons and oncologists.
- Enjoy a predictable schedule in a patient-centered setting with no hospital call, no nights, and no weekends.

Requirements
- American Board of Radiology (ABR) certification (or equivalent); fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and expanding a growing onsite breast imaging program.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Active medical license (or ability to obtain) in applicable states.
- Desire to be part of a patient-facing, team-oriented outpatient environment.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Current active medical license in applicable states.
- Experience in comprehensive breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.
- Knowledge of current best practices in breast imaging and cancer screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
- Base salary range: $250,000 - $400,000 per year.
