Job Description/Responsibilities
Join our team as a Gift Shop Associate and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest who visits. In this role, you’ll support daily retail operations, assist visitors with questions and purchases, and help maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment. You’ll also have opportunities to support VIP guest experiences and contribute to an exceptional visitor experience overall.
Required Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- PREFERRED: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tourism environments
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
