Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Product Expertise (≈50%): Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their unique preferences and requirements; offer expert insights and personalized product recommendations; educate customers about advantages, potential effects, and safe consumption methods of diverse cannabis products.
- Store Operations and Compliance (≈30%): Uphold store appeal, keep environment neat and visually enticing, maintain organized product displays; stay updated on industry trends, latest product releases, and evolving regulations; efficiently manage cash transactions and utilize point‑of‑sale system; demonstrate unwavering adherence to company policies and state/local regulations.
- Communication and Team Collaboration (≈20%): Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, customer‑centric atmosphere; provide support to management in store activities, checkouts, and cash handling; embrace other duties as assigned to ensure cohesive team dynamics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day

Pay
$16.37 per hour with earning potential up to $28.59 per hour, including tips* (tips are variable based on shift availability, schedule, full‑time/part‑time status, hours of operation, weekends/nights, and specific dispensary
