We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's examine posting for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Pay: There's a "Salary Range Transparency" paragraph: "The salary range listed in this announcement reflects the offer range for this position. Offers made within this range are based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity." However no actual numbers given. So it's not a specific salary range; it's generic. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Since no actual numbers, we should not create a Pay section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits listed. So no Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So no Schedule section. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not specific. We should not create Skills unless posting actually states them. There's no explicit skills list. So skip. Qualifications: There's a "Minimum Qualifications" section with details. That's Qualifications. Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications? The posting includes "Examples of Work" which are duties/responsibilities. Also "About The Position" description. So we can have Responsibilities (Examples of Work) and maybe About the role (About The Position). Also About The Agency maybe could be part of About the role? But we have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content: - About the role: Could be "About The Position" paragraph: "Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department is seeking a Budget Management Analyst IV to support operations within the Fiscal Affairs Division. This role involves advanced level professional and administrative principal budget development and administration or management work in all phases of budgetary development and administration or management analyses projects. The incumbent works with a high degree of independent judgment, action and initiative, exercised in conjunction with such projects. Work is performed in accordance with established departmental policies, procedures and regulations." - Responsibilities: Could be "Examples of Work" bullet list (though it's paragraphs). We need to convert to
  • . The examples include multiple sentences each starting with a verb. We'll split each sentence into list items. - Requirements: Might be "Minimum Qualifications" but that's Qualifications. Actually Requirements could be things like "Applicant Limit Notice", "Conditions of Employment", "Eligibility to Work", etc. But those are more like conditions. However we need to decide: The posting includes "Minimum Qualifications" which is clearly qualifications. There's also "Additional Information" containing Salary Range Transparency, Tentative Interview Dates, Job Location, Conditions of Employment, etc. Those could be considered Requirements? But the instruction says use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements? Could include "Conditions of Employment" etc. But we need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Conditions of Employment includes: must meet training standards, wear protective apparel if applicable, pass preemployment checks, be willing to serve as essential employee. That's substantive. Also "Applicant Limit Notice" about max 100 submissions. That's also a requirement? Might be considered administrative. However we should avoid duplicating lines. We'll include a Requirements section that captures: Applicant Limit Notice, Conditions of Employment, Eligibility to Work (maybe), Internal Applicants appeal right, etc. But we must strip boilerplate like EEO statement, E-Verify details? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove. The E-Verify details maybe considered legal? Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to the employer. However it's still legal/compliance. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to remove. The "INTERNAL APPLICANTS" part about appeal right is specific to internal applicants; could be kept? It's not boilerplate but it's a procedural right. Might be considered relevant. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that info if it's substantive. But we need to decide where to put it. Could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information". But we only have allowed headings list; we cannot create custom headings. So we must fit into existing headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put internal applicant appeal under Requirements. Thus: - About the role: About The Position paragraph. - Responsibilities: Examples of Work (list items). - Requirements: Applicant Limit Notice, Conditions of Employment, Eligibility to Work (maybe summarised), Internal Applicants appeal right, maybe also "Tentative Interview Dates" and "Job Location"? Those are more logistics; could be considered Requirements as well. But we need to avoid duplication. The posting also includes "Job Location: 9201 Basil Court, Largo, MD". That's substantive. Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications details. We must not create Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce:

    • An equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered; however, there is no substitution for the required supervisory experience.
    • Each applicant must include information that clearly demonstrates the above qualifications for this position.
We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. We kept the E-Verify mention under Eligibility to Work; is that considered legal boilerplate? It's a specific requirement; but it's still a legal compliance statement. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The E-Verify statement is legal/compliance. Might be considered boilerplate. However it's also a condition of employment. The posting includes it under "Eligibility to Work". It's somewhat specific but still a legal requirement. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. I'd lean to remove the E-Verify details to be safe. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; removing E-Verify might be considered removing substantive info? It's a legal requirement but maybe considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the E-Verify details. Also remove the reference to contacting DHS etc. So we should keep only the core eligibility statement: "Under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, an employer is required to hire only U.S. citizens and lawfully authorized alien workers. Applicants who are selected for employment will be required to provide and verify authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship." That's still somewhat legal but it's the core requirement. The E-Verify specifics might be considered boilerplate. We'll keep the core statement and drop the E-Verify details and contact info. Also we should remove the "Tentative Interview Dates: September 28-30, 2026." That's specific info; maybe we could include under Requirements? It's not a requirement but it
