Budget Analyst - Active DoD Secret Clearance

Essential Functions

• Analyze and resolve issues in SAP Financials and Asset Management, including GFEBS transaction codes, Dormant Account Review – Quarterly (DAR-Q) reconciliation, Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), and Army CCaR records.
• Resolve SAP Intermediate Document (IDoc) errors for financial and supply chain interfaces, such as Government Purchase Cards, Defense Travel System, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders.
• Resolve unmatched transactions and Unliquidated Obligations (ULO).
• Analyze civilian payroll postings and correct erroneous budget postings.
• Support Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures, sales orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests.
• Evaluate and resolve DCPS and ATAAPS errors after GFEBS payroll execution each pay period.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university plus 10 years of relevant experience (Master's degree substitutes for 1 year).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Highly proficient in GFEBS and Army LMP software.
• High analysis and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Queries, and dashboarding is a plus.
