Physical Requirements

• Strength & Stamina - Frequently lifting, pulling and pushing materials (conduit cable) up to 50 lbs.
• Manual Dexterity - Excellent hand-eye coordination for delicate wiring, handling small objects, and using hand tools.
• Mobility & Balance - Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and poles, along with crawling in tight spaces like crawl spaces or attics.
• Visual Acuity & Color Vision - Ability to distinguish color-coded wires (critical for safety and perform close-up work).
• Endurance - standing or kneeling for long durations and working varied, often uncomfortable, weather conditions.
