About the role

Bubble Planet is a new immersive attraction looking for passionate Guest Experience Hosts to join their opening dream team. As a part-time Team Merlin Guest Experience Host, you will help create unforgettable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, demonstrating Merlin Values.
• Seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and fun energy.
• Manage extended lines safely while delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure public areas are well stocked and maintained.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
