About the role
We're expanding our Team and looking for passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across New York City — especially in Queens and the Bronx (with additional opportunities in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Buffalo and Staten Island).
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with families to ensure successful implementation of therapy goals
- Document progress and communicate regularly with the clinical team
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client homes in New York City
