About the role
Horizon Blue ABA exists to make high-quality care accessible to Medicaid families across New York City. Our BCBAs and RBTs bring warmth, skill, and consistency to children who need it most — in their homes and soon in our Brooklyn clinic. Their work doesn’t just support progress, it changes lives. RBTs are the heartbeat of our team, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current RBT Certification
- Passion for helping children and families
Schedule
Flexible part-time or full-time schedules depending on availability. Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.
