About the role

At Horizon Blue ABA, our BTs and RBTs work directly with children and families across New York, showing up in their homes and becoming a steady, trusted presence in some of the most important moments of a child's development. The progress you help create carries forward. We build our team around people who want to do this work well, and we give them the support to do it. Our BCBAs are engaged supervisors who teach, not just oversee. We help you find placements that work for your schedule and your strengths. Whether you're brand new to ABA or bringing years of experience, you'll find a team here that takes the work seriously and takes care of the people doing it.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Open to both experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Schedule

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends
• Multiple openings across all five boroughs
