What You'll Do:

• Create a joyful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment rooted in exploration, inclusion, and care.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and engage them in their child's developmental journey.
• Model the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of every child in your care.

This is a year-round position, so you must be available to work Monday through Friday.
