Homecare Services is looking to fill a Branch Coordinator position in our Brookings, SD location. Our team serves individuals across South Dakota and has since 1984. We take pride in providing exceptional care, so our consumers can enjoy life at home.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch operations and daily activities
• Support caregivers and ensure quality service delivery
• Manage scheduling and client communications
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
• Handle administrative tasks including record keeping and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare coordination or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

Pay

$22–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
