About the role

The Brookdale Program Manager is responsible for program development, assessment, and communication with students and their families enrolled in the College Readiness Now program for High School Students.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Brookdale Community College representative and the coordinator for the College Readiness Now program.
• Assists with the recruitment and scheduling of students who wish to enroll in the CRN program.
• Communicates with the parents/guardians of the students who are enrolled.
• Completes follow-up and check-ins with the students, in response to emails sent by the Brookdale professors.
• Coordinates and facilitates pre- and post-testing when necessary.
• Assists students with registration for Brookdale and the College Readiness Now Program, including but not limited to: application, contracts, consent form, etc.
• Completion of a daily attendance log.

Qualifications

Position reports to the Supervisor for Special Services and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction.

Pay

$3,700 annual stipend (LBSEA Contract 2026-2029, Salary Guides for Yearly Stipends, pp. 79-80).
