About This Role

Tradeify is building a global trading ecosystem spanning futures, crypto, media, education, and brokerage services. As we continue expanding our offerings, we are launching Tradeify Brokerage to provide traders with a seamless, professional, and compliant futures trading experience. We are seeking a Brokerage Support Analyst to serve as a key member of our growing brokerage team. This individual will support clients throughout their lifecycle, from account onboarding and funding to platform support and ongoing account maintenance. The ideal candidate understands the urgency of supporting active traders and can deliver exceptional service while operating within a regulated brokerage environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to help build brokerage operations from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for brokerage clients via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Aid clients with account opening, onboarding, KYC documentation, and account setup
  • Respond to inquiries related to platform access, market data, account balances, funding requests, and trade-related questions
  • Diagnose and resolve trading platform issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams when necessary
  • Deliver a high-touch support experience for active traders while maintaining professionalism and urgency
  • Process account maintenance requests, including profile updates, permissions, and account changes
  • Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries
  • Coordinate with clearing firms, FCM partners, and internal stakeholders on operational matters
  • Aid with deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and brokerage-related operational requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Support compliance and risk management by following established procedures related to KYC, AML, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Escalate suspicious activity, customer complaints, and compliance concerns as appropriate
  • Participate in internal audits, recordkeeping requirements, and operational controls
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to brokerage policies and procedures
  • Process improvement by helping develop and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and client support documentation
  • Identify recurring client pain points and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of brokerage operations as the business scales

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in brokerage support, financial services operations, fintech support, or client services
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting customers via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 3 license preferred
  • Experience working for a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), introducing broker, futures brokerage, or clearing firm
  • Experience supporting customers within a regulated futures trading environment
  • Knowledge of futures markets, margin requirements, order types, and exchange operations
  • Familiarity with brokerage account opening, KYC, AML, and compliance processes
  • Experience supporting trading platforms such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, CQG, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with NFA and CFTC-regulated brokerage operations
  • Experience supporting active retail or professional traders
  • Startup or high-growth fintech experience
